Strong Infusions for Cat & Dog Treatment
When stronger infusions are required, place the shredded herbs in a pot with a quarter of a liter of cold water for every handful of herbs. Put it to fire until it reaches boiling point, but only let it boil for up to three minutes. Then remove it from the fire so that the infusion can do so for at least seven hours, although it is preferable to leave it all night long. During the whole heating and maceration process, keep the pot tightly sealed in order to avoid the vapor from escaping.
After the maceration, pour into a recipient, without straining and cover it so that the dust or other things do not enter; although you shouldn't seal it and it does need some air to enter.
