Special Cat Diets

I have always believed that sea algae are an excellent nutritional compliment for all animal species, including cats. Nowadays, the usefulness and importance of sea algae for all domestic animals is recognized all around the world. These algae can already be bought in different places and in different presentations. Additionally, I suggest other nutritional compliment, for example whole wheat bran, coconuts and Carob bean (the last two in powder).

In order to benefit from these foods, a cat will require a small teaspoon of each one of them in their different meals most days of the week. Both dogs and cats like carob bean and coconut, but the flavor of sea algae must be camouflaged with the other foods.

Before I give you the diet for cats and kittens, it is important that you know some facts about the home cat (of both sexes) so that you can comprehend them better and appreciate them.

I have to emphasize that the vigor that cats have comes entirely from nature, because cats, since they were tamed for the first time, have always had much more freedom than dogs, and they need this continuous freedom if they want to conserve their natural vigor. They need to climb trees, run around the fields, or a round the neighborhood. How can these cats obtain fresh natural herbs, roots and tree bark that keep them healthy if they cannot do such activities? How can they feel fulfilled as cats if they are confined to four walls?
