Naturally Treating Lack Of Appetite for Cats and Dogs
This is an infallible symptom of a toxic state in the stomach or intestine, or in both at the same time. There are many dogs that live their whole life in such a state or condition, and instead of devouring their food like a normal dog would, they nibble at their food. These dogs are usually called "problem eaters", but the problem is that they are internally dirty and clogged up, or maybe they are lacking normal exercise, which is a very essential factor in order to conserve good health.
Treatment: internally medicate your animal with an infusion based on mint, using the flowers and stems along with the leaves, if possible. You can also use raw grated apple for this. But the important point here is to detoxify the animal by putting him on a three to seven day fast or until he shows a real interest for any food that is offered to him. Abundant physical exercise should also be part of this treatment.
