Naturally Treating Dog Nauseas and and Prolonged Vomiting
Along with diarrhea, nausea and vomiting represent another way of helping the body get rid of toxins form the organism, like a mere symptom of another grievance: distemper, leptospirosis, hepatitis, parvovirus. Dogs deliberately cause nausea by intaking crawling grass, which acts as an internal cleanser, getting rid of the mucous impurities that are stuck inside the body.
Treatment: Herbs that can help alleviate and soften the digestive tract are thyme and rosemary, to which you add some vegetable carbon. Make an infusion with any of the aforementioned herbs and administer it to your dog, which should be on a fast. The amount you have to give is two teaspoons of the infusion three times a day.
Female dogs that are expecting puppies often feel nauseous, and somewhat nervous, during the first weeks of pregnancy. This doesn't mean they're sick; simply give them raspberry leaf infusions as well as two or three tablets of vegetable carbon in the morning, evening and night.
