Naturally Treating Dog Eye Problems

Vitamin A is an important eye disease remedy. In order to ensure its presence in the daily diet, you have to administer raw, fresh, chopped vegetables. Vitamin A is also found in animal fat, unrefined cod liver oil, meat grease, dried fruit, carrots, and in non-boiled milk.

Treatment: Wash your animal's eyes with an infusion made of celandine (a North American annual plant with usually yellow or orange flowers; it grows chiefly on wet rather acid soil). This plant used to be the favorite of an old friend of mind who was an excellent herbalist and who treated eye disorders. Wash the eyes with this infusion twice a day. Do not use this infusion internally. Additionally, make your dog eat a whole bunch of the aforementioned plants.
