Evening Meal (Main Meal)
Raw meat, cut into big chunks, never chopped or ground. Extremely frozen meat is as harmful as cooked meat. When administering meat, you have to always make sure there is some grease. Give raw bones. Besides, a teaspoon of wheat germ, a teaspoon of cod liver oil (winter), powdered sea algae, a teaspoon of fresh, raw, finely chopped vegetables, for example parsley, watercress, celery, mustard, chickweed, persulance, pepper cress (of all types). It's important to include herbs.
You can also add grated carrot. Besides, add various teaspoons of bran or oat flakes to replace the fiber that is in the hair and skin, which is lost when cleaning it.
When giving your dog bones, always make sure they're raw and after the meat based meal; never on an empty stomach.
Pregnant dogs, nursing dogs and sick adult dogs can receive an early morning meal consisting of milk and honey to which you can add tree bark. Whenever you can, it is good to add to this morning drink some squeezed grape or apple juice.
All carnivorous animals need to spend at least one day a week without eating meat, in the same way that they need one day only drinking liquids. In other words, 4 or 5 days a week, the dog eats meat and the other days he takes it easy. No animal in the wild can get a prey every single day of the week. Most zoos in the world, acknowledging this fact, make their lions, tigers, wolves, etc. fast one whole day of the week.
In my diets, I recommend that there be one day a week where the dog eats no meat, replacing it, instead, with milk, eggs, white cheese along with cereals, rice, cooked legumes like lentils, beans, etc. which must be followed by a day of absolute fasting, drinking liquids only and a laxative that same night, and the following day, a vegetable pill.
This simple treatment of nature rejects any disease toxins; it makes the kidneys rest, as they're always under constant labor due to the meat diet, and it makes the dog rejuvenate. You can give your "starving" dog some water with honey, at mealtimes, or very watery milk, or oat or barley water, which you can obtain by pouring hot water onto the flakes, leaving them soaking all night..
Note: The increase in demand of integral cereals in the UK, the US and in Canada has allowed products like wheat, barley, rye or corn to be available in specialized stores all around the country. It is also possible to order online from the different mills.
In the USA and Canada different natural cereal flakes can already be bought in supermarkets and natural diet warehouses. However, make sure that they haven't been toasted after the flaking process. This is a normal procedure as it helps the product to last longer, but this high temperature treatment eliminates a lot of the healthy properties.
