Which are the imminent signs of dog delivery?

It's important that the female feels secure in her box, cause otherwise she can choose some other inadequate place, even over a bed if she can. The first symptoms of delivery are uneasiness, lost of interest in food, and occasional vomiting. In the last steps she may be constipated; in this case we can give her until three teaspoons of cooking oil. The most secure indication of delivery is a decreasing in body temperature, from 38.5 C to 37.5 C. The vulva increases in size, and the two higher parts of the pelvis, over the legs, look more prominent; also ligaments loosen for delivery.
