Tofu egg drop dog soup recipe
Ingredients
3 cups chicken stock (see directions for preparation)
225 grams firm tofu, washed, cut into little cubes
1 scallion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon tamari sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in 2 tablespoons cold water
1 beaten egg
In a pot, put the chicken stock on to boil over medium heat. Add in the tofu and reduce the heat. Next, add in the chopped scallion, parsley, tamari sauce, and the cornstarch mixture. Bring the soup back to a boil and stir in the beaten egg. Let it boil for a few 30 seconds.
Makes 1liter soup.
