Traveling with Dog
Some time you'll have to take your dog in your car. Traveling with a dog is often fun and most dogs have a good reaction to this experience, but not always.
My puppy is very big, what is the best way of carrying him? Probably grabbing him with your right arm around the back part of his back legs, and your left arm extended underneath his neck. Small dogs can be held under their chest. However if he is a nervous dog, you better not hold his back legs with your arm, holding them with your elbow, and using your arm to grasp the back part of the front legs. Your other hand can hold the dog's neck.
