The Basenji Dog breed evolved in the middle of Asia, and has never been mixed with strange blood. Probably is of antique lineage; very similar dogs, in shape, to Basenji, are found in objects of the ancient Egypt. The basenji has not frequent characteristics, including a modified larynx structure, that originates its nickname "dog that not barks", though this is not completely fair.
