Mix well until hot and then let stand so that all flavors blend well. Put water in a large pot and allow boil. Add potato and cook for about twenty minutes. After just seven minutes add cauliflower. Wait another seven minutes and put in carrots. When only 5 minutes of cooking time remain add peas. When all the vegetables are soft drain water from pot and put all cooked vegetables on a towel to dry. Put butter sauce back on the stove and heat. Put vegetables in bowl and pour butter sauce over.
