Soy dog muffins recipe
Fashion dogs: Dogs make statements about people and what their personalities are like. There are fashionable dogs that people acquire to go with their look. Some status dogs have had popularity and then just like supermodels fallen from glory. In the twenties women used to prefer borzois because they matched their beautiful fur coats. In the fifties, kids went crazy over Lassie and Rin tin tin. Most recently the favorite dogs are the Akita, Shar Pei, and the Bouvier.
Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten lightly
2 cups milk
½ cup corn oil
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup soy flour
1 cup bran flakes
Heat oven to 200 C. Line 24 muffin tins with paper forms.
In a large mixing bowl, place egg, milk, oil, and combine. Stir in the baking powder, baking soda, and the salt. Combine soy flour, whole what flour, and bran, and then slowly add to egg mixture, beat all this until batter is mixed well.
Put batter into muffin tins with a spoon. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Makes 24 muffins.
