Instructions for grooming a Setter: Shave the top muzzle towards the hair with blade number 10 until the eyes, cheeks, lower lip, chin, and the inner and outer part of the ears. Continue shaving down on the throat until the sternum and then draw an inverted v towards the shoulders leaving a little bit more hair on the chest area. Pull the hairs with the fine trimmer on the top part of the head until the bottom of the neck. Pull the hair by using the medium sized trimmer starting from the nape to the base of the tail, descending on the sides until he line that goes from the top part of the shoulder blades to the ingle, as well as the outer part of the thigh. 
Use the serrated scissors to even out the hairs that are sticking out behind the hock. Then, then use the fine trimmer topull out the hind parts of the paws and the toes. Shave the dog's abdomen, the contour of the sex, and the top part of the inside of the thighs. If necessary, clear the contour of the anus. Shave underneath the paws.
