Schnauzer Schnitzel Dog Recipe

Ingredients
½ kilo boneless veal, cut into strips
½ cup flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons non salted butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Kibble

Roll veal in flour, then dip it into the egg yolk, and then bread it in the bread crumbs. Melt butter in a frying pan and brown veal on all sides. Put the kibble in the dog bowl with the breaded veal on top and add a dash of lemon juice.

Makes ¾ kilo schnitzel.
