Rumanian stew with meatballs recipe for dogs

Place the marrow bone in a pot adding water in as well and bring to a boil over high heat. Bring down the heat and simmer the bone covered for about 1 hour. Skim foam from the top occasionally. Add in the carrots, and parsnip and cook for about 30 minutes longer. Melt the butter in a frying pan, adding in the baby cabbage and cook over medium heat until the baby cabbage is soft and transparent. Add the baby cabbage to the soup and cook this for about 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are finished being prepared. In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Next, add in the ground beef, bread crumbs, Salt and Pepper to taste and mix this all together. Form the mixture into meatballs and drop them into the soup. Simmer covered for another 45 minutes or so. Serve over kibble and top with yogurt. Parsley can also be sprinkled on the top of it. Makes 1 ½ kilos. Next: Hound hash

1 egg
150 grams ground beef
½ tablespoon bread crumbs
Salt
Ground black pepper
Kibble
Yogurt
Parsley, chopped
