Quick Dog Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces of raw beef liver
Two 8 1/2-ounce boxes of corn muffin mix
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Preparation
- Place the oven rack in the center of the oven and pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1 slightly greased baking pan on the side.
- Use a blender or food processor to blend the liver until it is smooth.
- Then use a medium size bowl and a wire whisk to mix the corn muffin mix and the garlic powder together well. Pour the blended liver into the corn muffin preparation and blend it well together.
- Next, evenly spread out the preparation into the baking pan, place it in the oven and allow it to bake for around 10 to 15 minutes or until you notice the top has acquired a light brown color. Then take the baking pan out of the oven and score the top of the cookies into small cookie pieces and then allow them to cool over a wire rack for around 10 minutes. After this time finish cutting through the cookies and remove them form the baking pan.
- Allow the cookies to air dry for around 8 to 10 hours and then store them in a loosely covered container.
