Stage of Puppy Development

Week 7 to 12 Interaction with humans: This third period determines its socialization with man. At this stage in life the puppy learns to respect humans. The foundation of their training is based at this stage.The relation between dog and man must be based on playing and companionship. This way the puppy understands that livingwith humans has more advantages than disadvantages.

As a result, the animal canalizes its gregarious instinct with the family it lives with, and it submits in a natural manor to the authority imposed by the owner. A puppy that at this stage remains at the kennel should receive individual attention and human affection so that their bond with humans isn't weakened.
