Puppy Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
2/3 cup of wheat germ
¼ cup of non-fat dry milk
4 ounces of beef flavored baby food (or chicken if your puppy prefers)
Preparation
- Place the oven rack in the center of the oven and pre heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1 ungreased baking tray on the side.
- Use a medium sized bowl and mix the wheat germ along with the dry non-fat milk. Then mix in the beef flavored baby food and work it with your hands or a spoon until it becomes a soft dough. Break off small marble size pieces and roll them into small balls.
- Place the cookie balls onto the baking tray and bake them for around 20 to 25 minutes or until you notice the cookies are hard when touched.
- Then take them out of the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack completely. Allow them to dry out in the open for around 2 hours and then place them inside a container.
