Slow to mature this dog needs lots of good healthy food and this recipe full of protein and high in vitamins C and B will unquestioningly hit the spot.Ingredients 8 large red potatoes 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup milk 2 small eggs ½ stick of butter, melted ½ cup chopped parsley Salt Ground pepperHeat oven to 165 C. and prepare 1 liter baking dish. Thinly slice the potatoes with their skin on. Put water in a pot and bring to a rolling boil put the potatoes in for about 5 minutes. Pour off water and rinse potatoes in cold water. In the prepared baking dish place alternating layers of sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese and ricotta cheese. Beat eggs, milk, parsley and salt a pepper together in a bowl. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Place baking dish in oven and let cook for approximately forty five minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is nicely browned.
