Poached squid soup recipe for dogs
Ingredients
½ kilo squid
1 cup fish stock
1 green baby cabbage, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
½ tablespoon tamari sauce
Rice balls (see recipe)
Buying the squid cleaned is the easiest but if you haven't done so, clean squid keeping the tentacles. Cut squid into 1 cm pieces.
Boil stock in a large pot, throw in squid and allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. Put green baby cabbage, butter and tamari in the pot and mix till butter melts completely. Serve with Rice Balls.
Makes about ½ liter soup.
