Peanut lover
Ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 cup baby cabbage, chopped
2 cups peanut butter
1 cup water
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons tamari sauce
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 drops of hot pepper sauce
3 cups milk
In pan heat oil and sauté baby cabbage until colorless. Mix in peanut butter and water until you have a thick smooth consistency. Add honey, garlic, ginger, tamari, and hot pepper sauce. Slowly stir in milk until well mixed. Do not allow to boil. Serve hot or cold.
Makes about 2 liters sauce.
