Noodle dog casserole recipe

Oldest dog: Did you know that the oldest dog recorded was a dog named Bluey. Bluey was from Queensland, Australia and he lived until the age of twenty nine and five months. If we were to put this into human years, it would be like living until the age of one hundred and fifty years. Bluey worked as a sheep and cattle dog for over 20 years.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons non salted butter
25 grams lean boneless turkey, chopped into bite size pieces
225 grams egg noodles
1 cup milk
½ cup chicken stock (see directions for preparation)
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese, (mild)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
½ cup bread crumbs
1 hard boiled egg, chopped coarsely

Preheat the oven to 175 C. and grease a baking dish.
In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the turkey and cook until it has lightly browned and cooked all the way through. Reserve on the side.

Follow the package instructions to cook the noodles. When they are done, drain and put them in a large mixing bowl.

Use a small pot and heat up the milk, and chicken stock over medium heat. Next, add the bread crumbs to it and mix well.

Add in the turkey and cheese sauce to the noodles and toss it to combine well. Put the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the hard cooked egg over as well as the bread crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes or until it has browned. Makes 1 ½ kilos.
