Natural Dog Food Recipe

My husband and I were looking for a natural dog food recipe to give to our dog Sophie and when we saw this natural food dog recipe we though it was a good option. Sophie loved it! The best thing is that the ingredients are all natural making it one of the best options if you are looking for a natural dog food recipe which consists of barbeque chicken, gosh a human could even eat this. This is it.

Natural dog food recipe:
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of liquid smoke, all natural
1 tablespoon of honey
4 ounces of cooked chicken, boneless and skinless cut into small pieces

Preparation: For the barbeque chicken: mix the tomato sauce, liquid smoke, and the honey in a big bowl. Then put the chicken inside the bowl and cover it with the tomato sauce.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Heat up the oil in a flame proof covered casserole dish over medium heat. Then add the sweet potatoes and green beans and cook them until they are slightly browned. Next add in the barley and cook it for about 1 minute. Then mix in the chicken broth and sage and allow it to cook for around 4 minutes.

Then bake the mixture covered for 1 hour. Take it out of the oven and add the barbeque chicken into it.

Allow the food to cool completely before serving out.

Store the natural dog food recipe leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
