How to carry a big dog

How to carry a big dog

At some moment or another you will be forced to carry that big dog of yours. Remember though, that it's always best to get a dog used to being held at a young age. If you need to carry your big sized dog talk to him to tranquilize him at first. You can put a muzzle on the dog if you are not too secure about it. (Although when a dog is hurt and you are forced to carry him, it's very important to muzzle him). To lift the dog put one of your hands around his chest and forelegs; and the other hand around his hip behind his hind legs; then lift him.
