Train your dog to choose a specific place for urination. Your dog will always go back to that same spot afterwards.
Since dogs learn by associating things, help your dog by using a command such as "go", or "hurry up" while he is urinating; after doing this make sure to praise him. You will see that pretty soon your dog will learn to take care of his business whenever he hears your command.
