Gray panther pasta recipe
225 grams pasta 1 tablespoon non salted butter 1 tablespoon all purpose flour ¾ cup milk ½ cup grated cheese Salt Ground black pepper 1 cup cooked boneless chicken, diced Cook the pasta as the instructions indicate on the package and then rinse and drain. Put the pasta in a mixing bowl and reserve. Use a small pot and melt the butter over medium low heat. Stir the flour in and whisk it until it begins to turn golden brown. Add milk in gradually over medium heat, stirring constantly and cook it until the sauce thickens. Add in the cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Next, add in the chicken into the pasta, pour the sauce into it and toss it to mix it well. Serve it warm.
Makes 1 ½ kilos. Tip: Did you know that pasta is a great food for dogs that are getting older? You can add practically anything you can to it too, which makes it very convenient. Pasta can be prepared hot or cold and it is a favorite amongst dogs. It's also very helpful if your dog needs extra calories. |
