Girl Dog HouseConsidering that I am a dog lover and came from a family of dog lovers. My parents getting me my first pooch when I was a little boy, I always considered that my taste of dog houses and dog house décor was very good. All that changed when I saw my girlfriend's dog house. Now a girl dog house is something else entirely from a guy's dog house. A girl dog house is a work of beauty, a work of art. Whereas a guy's dog house I would have to say is more of a functional affair. I guess you could compare the difference between a girl's room or house and a guy's room or house. A woman just knows a thing or two about decorating that most guys couldn't even come close to. I think it's instinctive or something. Anyhow this girl dog house made mine look like Tarzan's tree house before Jane went to live there or the Abominable Snowman's cave before the Abominable Snowlady… Well you get the point. So after much internal struggle I decided to sallow my pride and ask my girlfriend for some much needed pointers and tips. Oh no! Bad mistake! HaHa! It was something like opening Pandora's box but in a good way. I no longer have a drab dull dog house nor do I have a few hundred dollars from my saving. But I think that the change is better for me and for my dog. Now my yard looks renovated and I have a true girl dog house and my dog well, he is in doggie heaven. |
