How do I teach my dog to Catch a Frisbee
Games for Dogs and Humans

Soccer for Dogs: Playing soccer with your dog can be a lot of fun. Always make sure that the ball is not one that the dog can make a hole with his teeth or too small that he can swallow. Aim well when kicking the ball, you want to kick the ball straight at your puppy.

Play Frisbee with Dog: There are dogs that are real pros at Frisbee, but in order to teach them it takes a lot of time and effort. Start by teaching your dog to chase after the disc after you throw it. In able for your puppy to learn how to leap for it you're going to have to wait until he's older.

Play Hide and Seek with my Dog: Hide and seek is a great game because you can play alone with your dog or with plenty of friends as well. But first you must teach your puppy how to sit still when you tell him too. While your puppy is sitting still, run and hide. You can hide in the house, balcony, terrace, patio or garden. Once you've hidden call out to your dog, but only once, and now he is going to look for you. Once he finds you praise him with hugs and kisses and offer him a treat.

Not allowed Games: playing ballYou and your dog must never mock fight. You must never let him in any game to bite you (even if playing), or bite your sweater, or growl at you in a menacing way. They may seem fun now, but imagine when he is all grown up and much stronger than you. Safety is very important! Neither should you allow him to chase after you like if hunting you. If you are running, and he starts running behind you trying to bite your cloths or feet, stop running and stay very still. Remember that very soon your puppy will be bigger, stronger and faster than you, and even if by accident can knock you over, or worse, start running after every kid he sees in the park. On the other hand, you should never chase your dog around either to retrieve some thing he took from you. In doing this he will see that taking something from you will be the best way to get you to play with him. How to train a puppy
