Ingredients
1 and ½ cups of all-purpose flour
1 and ½ cups of whole-wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground
¾ cup of honey
2 cups of non-sweetened applesauce
½ cup of canola oil
2 eggs
½ cup of skim milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Oil a 12-cup muffin pan with vegetable oil
Mix the flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon in a large bowl together and set on the side. Then in a separate bowl, mix the honey, applesauce and oil together. Beat the eggs in one at a time, and then put in in the milk while continually beating. After that put the wet ingredients in the flour mixture and stir well until is all combined.
Fill up the muffin cups to 2/3 full and let them to bake for around 30 minutes or until when inserting a wooden pick in the center of the free dog treat recipe cakes it comes out clean.
