Female German Dog Name

Heidi is probably one of the most well know and loved of all the German names. I am not sure if it would make for a good female German Shepherd dog name as it is so associated with a cute pony tailed little girl. Frau means young maiden in German but is a word that I think you could make into a dog name. The German language for the most part is deep and guttural so it makes for dog names especially for bigger breeds.
