Feeding more than one dog
If you have more than one dog you will find that feeding them together can present many problems. For one the more aggressive dog will tend to eat the other's food but not without plenty of growling and snarling and even biting. To avoid this and other problems you should always feed your dogs in separate bowls and in separate parts or the room or even in different rooms. Also if your dogs are different ages or are on special diets if they are sharing bowls you won't be sure if they are getting their special needs met.
Remember that dogs are instinctively possessive when it comes to food so be sure that no toddlers or small children are allow to enter your dog's eating space during meal times and children should be taught never to try and take food or snacks out of the dog's mouth.
