Featherweight dog rice cakes recipe
It has been known that people sometimes pick out a pet that has qualities that they do not have themselves, but would like to project as theirs. People with little self confidence might select a Doberman Pinscher or a German Shepherd since these dogs are known to have a lot of courage or aggressiveness. Sometimes owners of aggressive dogs act out their own aggression by putting their dog's in the illegal sport of dog fighting and therefore use their animals to show their own aggression.
Ingredients
2 cups rice (cooked)
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons corn oil
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 egg whites
Heat oven to 200 C. Line 36 muffin tins with paper forms.
In a large mixing bowl, combine rice, milk, and oil. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Next, stir into mixture. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until this is stiff. Stir 1/3 of whites into the batter, and then fold in the rest of the whites. Mixture will be thin after doing this. Put batter into muffin tins with a spoon. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, or until muffins are light and puffy.
Makes 36 dog muffins.
