1 cup of oats
1 and ½ cups of unsweetened granola without raisins
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon, grounded
1 cup of honey
½ cup of canola oil
2 eggs
1 apple, diced
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Oil two 12-cup muffin pans with vegetable oil.

Then whisk the eggs one at a time into the bowl with honey and oil and then add 1 and ¼ cup of water. Next put the wet ingredients into the bowl with flour and stir it all until it is well combined. Add the apples into the mixture and stir well.
- Put the preparation inside the muffin cups until they are 2/3 full. Put them in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until when inserting a wooden pick in the center of a muffin, it comes out clean.

Put the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or wrap in freezer wrap and keep in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Perceptive Dogs
Did you know that dogs can actually pick up on the mood going on around the house? Dogs seem to have the ability to feel the energy we let off and they have learned to read our emotional states. They have learned to read us starting by our tone of voice, our posture, expressions, willingness to play or not play with them, etc. Remember that anger can lead for a dog to become upset and angry as well. Dogs tend to pick up on our moods and do the same thing. If you are a relaxed easy going person, most likely your dog will be too. So stay calm.
Grass Eating
Ever caught your dog eating grass? Well, there is no need to panic about it. It's actually normal for dogs to do this as it sometimes means they need to regurgitate something or that they want to vomit. However, there are dogs that just simply like the taste of grass and it does not necessarily mean the dog is sick or wants to throw up. If your dog is a grass eater, make sure to be very careful about what grass he is eating and keep him away from grass that has fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides etc, as they can cause him to get really sick. If you see a perfect looking lawn, most likely it has been treated with something.
