For those dogs that can't be dissuaded by the height of the fence you can always put up a cover over the dog run and thereby limit the possibility of your dog jumping or climbing over the fence. Remember to always keep your dog run locked and if you can put a chain around the gate so that you stop potential thieves from stealing you dog.

And lastly keep in mind that leaving a dog alone for extended periods of time is not always the best thing for your dog and doing this excessively can have negative impact on your dog's behavior, now we all know that sometimes this cannot be avoided but just remember that your dog needs you and it needs to know that you care for it and love it and consider it part of your family.
