Dog lasagna liver recipe

Dog lasagna liver recipe

The lion dog actually exits today. It is said to be one of the rarest types of purebreds. It is a small little dog with a full mane and a plume on the end of its tail, representing a lion or a mini lion if you will. This dog originally came from Europe. This dog is known to be a complainer and whiner. But in spite of this, it is also known to be brave despite its miniature size.

Ingredients
1 kilo lasagna noodles
4 cups tomato sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
4 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
4 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
Salt
Ground black pepper
2 cups cooked chopped liver, chicken or beef
4 cups ricotta cheese

400 grams shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook the noodles in a large pot following the instruction on the package. After noodles are done, drain, and run under cool water to avoid over cooking. Reserve noodles on the side.
In a mixing bowl, mix the tomato sauce, garlic, and 2 tablespoons of the oregano and 2 tablespoons of the basil, and salt and pepper to taste. Put the sauce in a big frying pan and simmer covered over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
In a big baking pan, put a thick layer of tomato sauce on the bottom and layer the lasagna this way: For the bottom, 2 layers of noodles, then liver, ricotta, mozzarella, some of the fresh herbs that were leftover, as well as the tomato sauce. For the next layers, only use one cover of noodles. Cover the lasagna with a layer of the tomato sauce.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes. Take the foil off after 30 minutes and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Take the baking dish out of the oven and let is cool down a little before serving. Makes 4 kilos.
