Dog food yam pudding recipe

Tip: Dogs that are having problems with incontinence should not sleep on Cedar chip beds. Cedar and urine combined encourage bacterial diseases.

Ingredients
1 cup grated raw yams
2 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
¼ cup honey
¼ cup corn syrup
1 ½ tablespoons non salted butter, melted
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
¼ grated nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 175 C. and butter a baking dish.
Use a mixing bowl and mix the yams, egg yolks, milk, honey, corn syrup, butter, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Beat this until it has mixed well. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until stiff. Stir a spoonful into the yam mixture and then fold in the rest of egg whites.

Put the mixture into the buttered baking dish and bake for about 1 hour. Serve warm.

Makes ½ liter of pudding.
