Dog Chicken and Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound of chicken, ground
2 tablespoons of canola oil
2 big sliced potatoes
2 big carrots, sliced
1 cup of rice
2 cups of homemade chicken broth
½ cup of fresh peas
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Oil a casserole dish with vegetable oil.
- Put the canola oil in a pan and cook the chicken in it over medium heat until it becomes golden brown.
- Place the sliced potatoes over the casserole dish and then place the carrots over them. Shower the rice over the carrots and potatoes and then pour the chicken broth over the top of the rice. Sprinkle the peas on top of the chicken broth and then put the Parmesan cheese over it.
- Put in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Once it is ready allow it to cool completely before serving out.
If there are any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator to no more than 3 days.
This dish can also be substituted with ground meat or turkey.
