Dangerous dogs

Having a dangerous dog may be considered a felony. Some specific dogs can only be owned under determined conditions. For example, the dangerous dog needs to use a muzzle in any public space, it should also be sterilized and the owner can never sell the animal. In the United Kingdom, the Pit Bull Terrier and some other pedigrees are subject to such types of restrictions. Local authorities can declare a dog dangerous when there hasbeen an attack on another animal or a human being, whether or not it was a response to provocation. Once the dog is found guilty, it is usually sacrificed in a humanitarian way. You too will probably be found guilty in case your dog causes an accident in the street due to lack of control.Dog's protection: You will be acting against the law in case you inflict unnecessary pain to a dog or several dogs that are solely your responsibility. This includes malnutrition, physical punishment, lack of freedom for their physical exercise and not taking care of it or them at all. Competent authority usually relies with a consistent number of laws that regulate dog ownership of any kind, individual or as an establishment for canines.
