Dangerous dogs

Having a dangerous dog may be considered a felony. Some specific dogs can only be owned under determined conditions. For example, the dangerous dog needs to use a muzzle in any public space, it should also be sterilized and the owner can never sell the animal. This includes malnutrition, physical punishment, lack of freedom for their physical exercise and not taking care of it or them at all. Competent authority usually relies with a consistent number of laws that regulate dog ownership of any kind, individual or as an establishment for canines.
