Couscous and chicken liver recipe for dogsIngredients 3 cups chicken stock (see directions for preparation) 2 cups couscous 1 stick of butter 250 grams chopped chicken liver Salt Ground pepperBring half of chicken stock to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in couscous along with half of butter. Let mixture stand covered for about 15 minutes. In a frying pan brown chicken livers in remaining butter. Lightly beat couscous with a fork and place in dog bowl. Put chicken livers over top of couscous. Pour chicken stock into frying pan and stir up all of the remains of the fried chicken livers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over chicken livers and couscous. Makes about 6 cups of couscous. |
