Cold carnivore salad for Dog
Dogs have an amazing ability to be able to find their way back home when they are lost or at long distances from their home.
Ingredients
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon mustard
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons vinegar
Salt
¼ head of cabbage, shredded
½ cup diced cooked beef
2 cooked potatoes, cut in halves
2 tablespoons parsley
Prepare dressing by whisking together the oil, garlic, mustard, egg yolk, vinegar, and salt to taste in a mixing bowl until the mixture is blended. Keep this on the side.
Extend the cabbage on a plate and arrange the beef and potatoes over it. Pour a little dressing over the salad and sprinkle it with parsley. Serve.
Makes ½ kilo salad.
