Combine the whole wheat, soy flour, and kasha in a large mixing bowl. Mix these well. In a small mixing bowl, mix oil, water, and tamari sauce. Put this liquid into the dry ingredients. Mixing all well. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese. Spread the mixture onto the baking pan and bake for 25 – 30 minutes. Cool the kibble and break it into small pieces. Makes 8 cups.
