Canine rice balls recipe

Rice is nice: You can use this recipe if you want to help keep your dogs muzzle clean while eating. These bite size balls are easier for him to eat than a bowl full of loose rice. You can even use these yummy treats as rewards when training.

Ingredients
2 cups long grain white rice
4 cups water
Sesame seeds

Boil rice in a pot, cover and allow to cook until well cooked and slightly sticky. Uncover and allow to cool.

Once rice is cooled enough to comfortably touch, wet your hands and form balls of 3 centimeters diameter with the rice. Spread the sesame seeds out on a flat surface and roll the rice ball over them so that the rice balls become covered in sesame seeds.

Use with any Oriental dish.

Makes about two dozen balls.
