I know this veterinarian in Chicago that was a real riot. This guy is about as original as you can get. The moment you enter into his practice you know that you are in for something different and apart from the norm.
It isn't just the way that he treats his patients and their pets but the very way that his practice is set up and operates is very different from what you would expect in a "normal" veterinarian clinic. Some people think that this guy is something of an eccentric but I think that he has hit on something important. After all what is it that makes a great doctor. Is it his clinicalness or his humanness? Why is it that doctors are often so afraid of being seen as humans that care? There is one thing for sure and that is when you go to this veterinarian clinic you will know right away that your animal is in good hands that care and want to do their best to help easy or cure your pets suffering.
Also the advice that this vet gives is something of a rarity because he doesn't just prescribe chemical medications or shots right off the bat but rather he looks for natural cures and causes to explain, diagnose and cure your pets problems. This of course doesn't make everyone happy and I am sure that there are plenty of people who do not return to his Chicago veterinarian practice after the first few visits. But anyone willing to try a different approach to treating their pets problem will see the benefits and I think that this is good.
