The objective of this is to obtain successfully achievement on the work of the Search and Rescue dog, without reducing its progress in the things it has already learned. If this technique is done correctly, it will considerably help the dog to evolutionally evolve in its learning process, as well as keep and upgrade the dog's motivational state. This technique will also minimize harmful situations of failure and frustration in the training sessions. The trainer will have to observe the dog's emotional state by looking at the things that stimulate the dog, the weather conditions etc. When the trainer has been able to observe these things he or she will then have to define the basic lines of training that need to be done, and then follow along with the state of the dog's equilibrium or previous compensation of such that will allow the dog to successfully accomplish progress without the help of the trainer. Obviously the trainer will have to intervene in the basic factors such as where the dog will be let off the leash while on the disaster sight.
