He told us that different breeds have different coats and there are tools that must be bought according to the coat of the dog. He also highlighted on the importance of buying good quality items to make the job easier. Some dogs that have not been taught to get groomed from the time they are young have a very difficult time during grooming sessions and it is necessary to sedate them in which case you will need to talk to your veterinarian or have the dog groomer or veterinarian do it themselves as it is not something just anyone can master. Depending on the case the veterinarian might be able to prescribe an oral medication but there are some things that the veterinarian will need to check before being able to prescribe oral medication to the dog such as make sure the dog does not have a history of seizures as it might cause the dog to have a seizure. In the case of complicated cases like this, the best for dog owners that do not have a lot of experience on the subject it would probably be better to allow your Tacoma Dog Groomer or veterinarian take care of these types of cases since they require additional skill. For dog owners that are interested in doing the job themselves the trick is to get the dog used to grooming when he or she is still a puppy, as this will avoid having to sedate the dog.
