Our Kansas City Dog Grooming salon has some of the most lovable people you will ever meet. It really makes me feel happy to take my dog there because not only are they professional at their work but also truly care about the pets they take care of and groom. It's so funny how they love talking about their clippers and which is the favorite of who and what not. Last time I took my dog Scott in, I got into talking to some of them about the different types of tools they use to do their jobs and the maintenance they have to give them, the stuff they learned about in their school and the training they received. They even went out of their way to show me the different tools they use such like the snap on clipper blade models they use and the other types that require changing blades and said that they learned about using them in a professional school and training program. They also showed me the snap on combs they use to groom some hair coats and the new styles they use them for. While we were talking I went in to check on my dog and was surprised to see that he was getting his hair blow dried! I didn't know that a dog's coat could get blow dried and they said that it is something all dog groomers do as it helps them be able to do clipping on the dog's coat as it fluffs it out. They also showed me the clipper vacuums they use which is vacuum hose that is attached to the clippers and sucks in as the groomer cuts helping to keep the hair, dirt and dander down to a minimum.
