I have a 9 month old Blue Heeler that I adore. However, she can't seem to stop chewing. She's already destroyed blankets, chair cushions, shoes, flowers, pool floaties, and a golf cart seat. My Dad says if she destroys one more thing, he is going to kill her. Or take her somewhere far away and leave her there.

She is an outside dog ( not by my choice ) and I have NEVER seen her ...

I have an approximately 1 and 1/2 year old Border Collie/Mini Aussie that I got about 6 months ago. She's a wonderfully behaved dog and incredibly intelligent and I've had very few problems with her. I'm training her for very low level service work for myself (mostly in house retreival-which is pretty much a normal dog "trick" anyway) because I'm ill with chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome.

I know some of you are already thinking ...

Periodically (like once every few days) my dog will "dig" indoors on the carpet. Fortunately he hasn't damaged the carpet, but it's an odd behavior and I was wondering if anyone can explain why he does it. A little digging wouldn't bother me as it usually precedes laying down, but sometimes he just seems to get into a zone and keeps going!

Actually, now that I think about it, he really seems to enjoy kicking ...

My godmother got hold of a blue merl collie pup about 6 months ago. Hes a clever little guy always figuring stuff out...or rather, figures out how to get what he wants.

Anyways the problem is this. Each time someone walks in the front door he will jump up and be all friendly but then try to chew the cuffs of peoples jackets or whatever theyre wearing.

I look after him alot and ...

We have 1 1/2 acres and two girl dogs, and our son just moved back in and has a male dog, but our border collie girl keeps digging holes everywhere, some are like trenches, and under the fence and now the other dogs are starting, we have such a large property we can't watch them all the time, is there something we can spray to make them stop digging under the gates and fence area?

It seems like i'm going to use this forum quite often now Had peeing problem in the morning (and recieved here brilliant answers) and now its feeding.

Our puppy is a bit fat, but since she moved here (2 days ago) she is not eating much. Otherwise she feels very good, playing and sleeping a lot. We got her special puppy food Royal Canin as advised by our vet, but she is not eating it ...

Keira loves to chew on rope tugs. However, she has them ripped to shreds in no time. I looked on many sites for durable rope toys, but the ratings from other buyers were not so good.

She has kongs and nylabones, stuffing sterile bones ect. but she really loves ropes. Does anyone know of a very durable material that I could make my own rope tug?

(I don't play tug with her, she just loves ...

Ok, so once again King is in trouble!

Soo lately King has been MAJORLY acting up lately. Monday he pulled up half of our sprinkler system, and shredded a toy he had. Tuesday he was 50-50 Wednesday he shredded up the bank statements and was on a TOTAL rampage. And today he chewed one of our baseboards down to the sheet rock. My parents are threatening to send him to a farm, I cant even think of it without breaking into tears. King ...

wi will play with my puppy and she starts licking my face. no problem until she does a small nip between licks. my face feels raw and i get up and ignore her for a little then start to play again and i thappen again! HELP!
