Bottle Feeding Puppy

Sometimes it is necessary to use baby bottles to feed the puppies, either because it is the necessary to separate the mother from her pups or because she is not producing enough milk or her litter is to big, or because one of the puppies needs to be separated from the rest of the litter and the mother due to any circumstance, etc. Some experts say that is not good to mix the motherly milk intake with formula as it could produce gastric disorders in the little ones. However, I tend to differ. I have had very good experiences along these lines and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I must mention that if you are going to baby bottle feed your puppies, you must do it every three hours, day and night, always using a baby bottle heater which can keep the milk at an ideal temperature; additionally, you must always use two baby bottles so that you can and alternate and so that the milk does not get cold. Remember to be calm while feeding your puppies as you transmit your emotions to them.
