Majorca Shepherd Dog Breed

The Majorca Shepherd Dog is clearly of a bulldog type. In its place of origin, the Balearic Islands, this breed is very important as a guard dog. The head is solid and wide, a characteristic of the bulldog, small eyes, thin "rose-shaped" ears and wide and deep chest. However, the neck is longer and the tail is long and it is taken slightly curved. The hair must be short, multi-colored and without white patches.
The height at withers is about 58 cm.
Gos d'atura Dog Breed
This dog is a Catalan Shepherd, unlike it Portuguese opposite, it looks a lot like the bearded collie or the bearded Scottish Shepherd, where is more internationally known. However, the color of the Spanish breed is amber and the tail may be long and may be taken down or even short (the tail should be four inches long as maximum). The hair is long and wavy, the color is a mixture of black and white but the color of the legs and feet is cream.
The height at withers is 45 to 50 cm in males and 43 to 48 in females. The mean weight is 18 and 16 kg, respectively.
