Brandlbracke Austrian Pointer Dog Breed

The Austrian Brandlbracke got its name because of its black coat that has some fire little marks. In its country of origin it is used a lot for hunting but outside Austria it is almost totally unknown. The body is rectangular the head is long and the eyes are usually brown chestnut. The ears that are not so big are rounded on the tips and are taken fallen. The tail is long; the hair is smooth and shinny.
The color may be black with little fire-colored or even uniform reddish marks accompanied sometimes by a white little spot on the chest.
The height at withers is 46 to 52 cm
